Authorities have charged a 24-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting that occurred in Temple Hills, Maryland, and led to his arrest in Pennsylvania. According to police, Damari Lipscomb is accused of killing his mother, 45-year-old Adia Lipscomb Mingo, during a domestic dispute that escalated into violence.
Prince George’s County Police Department officers were dispatched to the 6900 block of Westchester Court shortly before 9 a.m. on Thursday morning after receiving a report of a shooting inside a residence.
