Rockville Man Charged in Two Armed Robberies at 7-Eleven Stores

 

Gaithersburg, MD – Christopher Huser, a 36-year-old Rockville resident, has been arrested and charged in connection with the armed robbery of two 7-Eleven stores in Montgomery County.

The first robbery occurred on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, at a 7-Eleven in the 3500 block of University Blvd. According to Montgomery County Department of Police – 2nd District, an adult male entered the store, brandished a handgun, and stole an undisclosed amount of cash and merchandise.

Two days later, on Thursday, November 28, 2024, officers from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 1st District and Rockville City Police Department responded to another armed robbery at a 7-Eleven in the 13200 block of Atlantic Ave. The incident bore similarities to the earlier robbery.

Detectives from the Major Crimes Division of the Montgomery County Department of Police identified Huser as the suspect through their investigation.

Huser was arrested without incident on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, in the 16000 block of Shady Grove Road. He was taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit (CPU), where he is being held without bond.
