Police Suspect Foul Play in Disappearance of Waldorf Woman

WALDORF, Md. — Investigators believe foul play may be involved in the case of 23-year-old Lesbia Mileth Ramirez Guerra, a mother from Waldorf who has been missing since March 31.

According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, Guerra was last seen at the home she shared with her boyfriend and their children on Adams Court. She was not reported missing until two days later, on April 2.

Officials say that “unusual and suspicious activity” occurred at the residence the day after her disappearance, including the return of a family vehicle that may be connected to her case. Authorities executed a search warrant at the home, but Guerra was not found.

During the investigation, Guerra’s boyfriend was discovered to be in possession of fake federal documents and was later detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for being in the country illegally.

At this time, authorities have not provided an update on the status of the couple’s children.

Anyone with information about Guerra’s whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Burgess at 301-609-6494 or submit tips anonymously via Charles County Crime Solvers at 1-866-411-TIPS.
