According to detectives, 32-year-old Steven Adams has been formally charged with multiple criminal offenses, including indecent exposure, peeping tom violations, assault, and trespassing. The charges stem from a pattern of behavior reported between mid-December 2025 and early January 2026. Police indicated that the incidents caused concern among residents in several neighborhoods and prompted an intensified investigative effort.
Investigators reported that Adams allegedly exposed himself on four separate occasions in residential areas along McCullough Lane and Silkcotton Way in Gaithersburg.
