Gaithersburg, MD – Marvin Alexander De Leon Siguenza, 36, of Rockville, has been arrested and charged with stalking and a sexual assault that occurred in Silver Spring. Authorities have released his photo and are urging any additional victims to come forward.
The Montgomery County Police Department’s 4th District began investigating De Leon Siguenza on Thursday, January 16, 2025, following a report of stalking and sexual assault.
Investigators determined that De Leon Siguenza had approached the adult female victim on Friday, January 10, 2025, and Tuesday, January 14, before assaulting her on Thursday, January 16.
Detectives believe there may be other victims of stalking or sexual assault by De Leon Siguenza who have not yet reported their experiences to the police.
He was arrested on January 16 and taken to the Montgomery County Central Processing Unit, where he was charged with stalking and fourth-degree sexual assault.
